From our Five Year Workmanship Guarantee which has been available for over 15 years to GPS Billing to ensure accuracy and accountability during project work, we pride ourselves on supplying work that strictly adheres to supplier's recommendations and the New Zealand Building Code.  We welcome the more stringent building code and ongoing legislation to promote safe, healthy building in New Zealand. 

In order to ensure each project is completed successfully, and with the minimum of fuss, we have a set of tradesperson responsiblities and client guidelines which we carry into each and every job.

Building Solutions is also a trusted partner to the insurance industry for reinstatement work. 

Building Solutions guarantees:

• All Builing Solutions building work is guaranteed for five years
• Building Solutions and all our associated tradespeople carry public liability insurance for a minimum of $1 million
• In the unlikely event that there are any concerns regarding the products or workmanship from Building Solutions, you will have a representative on-site within five working days.

The builders' voluntary licensing regime

In November 2007, the New Zealand government are bringing in a voluntary licensing regime for builders. This regime aims to enhance the reputation of New Zealand builders and improve the quality of New Zealand homes and buildings.  As strong advocates for licensing of tradespeople, we wholeheartedly support this scheme. You can expect all our tradespeople to be fully compliant within the voluntary period. Read more about the voluntary licensing regime.
